Because these bandanas are handmade, very small imperfections, variations in sizes and patterns may occur. Products are not chew proof- we are not responsible for any damage caused by your pet or any harm for misuse. Please supervisor your pets at all times while using BeyondtheBark products
Our current processing time is 1 -2 weeks (from date of order to ship date). All orders are handmade and we try our best to get orders out as soon as we can. Once your order is placed we will be hard at work on it. You will only receive an update through email once your order has shipped. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. BeyondtheBark is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Due to custom our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations*

Once the package is given to the post office, we rely on the mail service to deliver your package within the time frame. Delays may happen due to weather or other circumstances so please keep that in mind when placing an order.
